"Spike" the rare ‎Titan Arum aka ‎corpse ‎plant bloomed today after 9 years in a greenhouse. It was brought outside to ‎bloom because the putrid smell and to see what bugs it would attract.  Horticulturist at Mississippi State University ‎Agricultural and experiment station in ‎Poplarville Mississippi want to study what kind of insects it attracts. It has also attracted a good number of visitors. "Spike" or the corpse plant ,Titan Arum the largest flower in the world is smells  like rotting meat.
